Lux Hotel, a prestigious five-star property on the beautiful Kish Island, is looking for a dynamic Spa Manager to lead and operate our luxury spa facility. This is a unique, business-minded opportunity where you will run the spa’s daily operations while earning a percentage of the spa's revenue.

Your Role:

As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the spa — from staffing and guest experience to service quality and financial performance. You’ll operate with a high degree of independence while maintaining Lux Hotel’s world-class standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all spa operations and ensure a seamless, luxurious guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of skilled therapists and spa professionals.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and five-star service standards at all times.
  • Manage service menus, retail products, and treatment offerings.
  • Handle scheduling, inventory, cost control, and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to align on brand and guest expectations.
  • Actively work to increase bookings and revenue.

  • Business-minded, with experience in budgeting and growing revenue.
  • Licensed or certified in wellness, beauty, or spa management (preferred).
