● Source potential candidates ، recruitment, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, when required.
● Create and publish job ads in various portals.
● Screen resumes/CVs and job applications.
● Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
● Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
● Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
● Create awareness of the company brand and establish professional relationships with candidates.
Requirements
● More than three years of experience as a TA specialist, recruitment specialist, or similar roles.
● At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
● MS Office proficiency (Upper-Intermediate): Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Highly motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
