As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will find yourself professionally challenged with the ability to identify top talent while building relationships with hiring managers. List of responsibilities: Sourcing: ● Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. ● Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified passive candidates. ● Post positions to efficient sources. ● Use social and professional networking sites (such as LinkedIn) to identify and source candidates. ● Participate to university communities and job fairs. Hiring manager relationship: ● Develop with hiring managers a recruiting strategy for each position. ● Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, determine effectiveness of recruiting results, and source new candidate. ● Counsel managers on interviewing process and best practices. Selection: ● Review applicants resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Conduct phone interviews. ● Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires ● Support in implementing an org-wide On-Boarding program, ensuring every new employee is on-boarded ● Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection. Employer branding: ● Partner with marketing team to execute employer branding concepts, messaging and taglines and execute brand to attract top talent ● Partner with marketing to develop recruitment marketing materials and other collateral to support local recruitment efforts ● Work with divisions in building integrated campaigns and further awareness of LENDO. ● Proactively monitor social network (Linkedin or Twitter) activity, identify trends, campaigns, technologies and best practice and provide useful market intelligence regarding where to recruit for top talent.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology (I/O) or MBA. ● 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (Startup background preferred). ● Expert in different sourcing methods. ● Familiar with assessing methods (psychological tests, work samples, simulations). ● Expert in competency based interview. ● Knowledge of recruitment platforms. ● Max age: 30 years old.
