About LingoLand
LingoLand is an educational organization specializing in children’s and teenagers’ language education, offering both in-person and online programs. Our operations span multiple departments, including Education, Sales, Support, Finance, Administration, Services, Café, and Logistics.
To strengthen our internal structure and enhance HR processes, we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with the management team and take ownership of implementing, monitoring, and improving HR processes. Your primary focus will be on organizational structure, employee retention and motivation, healthy workplace relations, and strengthening organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Execute recruitment and hiring processes across all departments
Sufficient proficiency in English to assess and determine the English language competency of job applicants
Manage onboarding and induction for new hires
Oversee personnel administration, including contracts, employee records, attendance, leave management, and exit procedures
Support the design and implementation of employee retention and motivation programs
Address HR-related issues, maintain effective communication with staff, and resolve workplace challenges
Contribute to the development, update, and execution of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations; handle conflicts and disciplinary matters in line with company policies
Assist in employee performance evaluations, feedback documentation, talent identification, and training needs assessment
Support initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, internal communication, and team alignment
Act as a reliable bridge between employees and management
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
Experience working in multi-department environments (educational, service-based, administrative, or sales organizations)
Strong ability to follow up, organize, and document processes
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage interactions with diverse teams
