Job Description
Personnel system management, performance registration, entry and exit
Issuing and following up on administrative letters (occupational medicine, supplementary insurance, HSA, etc.)
Issuing employment certificates
Matters related to life and supplementary insurance and other insurances
Coordinating and recording information and carrying out welfare-related matters (occasional gifts, vouchers, welfare packages, training, etc.)
Keeping the human resources database up to date
Following up and circulating the settlement process
Conducting and recording exit interview information
Forming personnel files and archiving and maintaining documents
Following up on accounts of human resources systems required (ETS, job boards, etc.)
Following up on personnel requests in the request system
Eligibility requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
Proficient in labor and social security laws
Proficient in attendance and absence software
Familiar with the Office software suite
