Job Description

  • Cooperate in job analysis and job ID preparation.
  • Prepare employment advertisements on job search and employment sites and channels.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes.
  • Screening received resumes based on the qualification requirements defined for jobs and telephone interviews with applicants.
  • Executive planning of training courses and measuring the effectiveness of the courses held.
  • Cooperate in designing and implementing the employee performance management process.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
  • Familiarity with the main processes of human resources management including recruitment and hiring, performance management, and training and development.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
