Prepare employment advertisements on job search and employment sites and channels.
Coordinate recruitment processes.
Screening received resumes based on the qualification requirements defined for jobs and telephone interviews with applicants.
Executive planning of training courses and measuring the effectiveness of the courses held.
Cooperate in designing and implementing the employee performance management process.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
Familiarity with the main processes of human resources management including recruitment and hiring, performance management, and training and development.
Relevant work experience.
Proficient in Excel.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
