Job Description

● Participation in design of chart of company. ● Design of KPI model for different departments of company. ● Participation in planning of mid-term and long-term strategy and road map of company. ● Active search and interview to select capable employees for company. ● Plan to keep employees motivated and reduce turnover of employees in competitive landscape of pharma business. ● Plan for educational training and coach of new employees of company ● Plan for regular training course for employees of company in order to keep company with updated skills. ● Prepare detail of job description for each position of company.

Requirements

● Minimum Master's degree, preferably in HR, Management or Industrial engineering. ● Familiar with strategic planning. ● Minimum 3 years experience in human resource management. ● Familiar with work law of Iran. ● Self motivated and interested in learning of new experience. ● Creative and interested to new concepts of HR management. ● Having good communication skills. ● Familiar with differed software such as office, Visio and SPSS. ● Detail oriented and capable to prepare differed analytical reports. ● Possibility to work in extra hours.
