Requirements
● Minimum Master's degree, preferably in HR, Management or Industrial engineering.
● Familiar with strategic planning.
● Minimum 3 years experience in human resource management.
● Familiar with work law of Iran.
● Self motivated and interested in learning of new experience.
● Creative and interested to new concepts of HR management.
● Having good communication skills.
● Familiar with differed software such as office, Visio and SPSS.
● Detail oriented and capable to prepare differed analytical reports.
● Possibility to work in extra hours.
