• Implement Compensation & Benefits, administer contract & payroll process, and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and total rewards and resolve any issues that may arise and ensure compliance of all processes with labor regulations;
• Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential, you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole;
• Implement Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes;
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates;
• Conduct employee on-boarding and assist to organize training & development initiatives;
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
• Undertake development and implementation of human resources policies;
• Undertake tasks around all aspects of Performance Management;
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new benefit programs and organizing team building activitie
Requirements
• Demonstrated commitment and track record of implementing key HR initiatives;
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate in efforts to foster interpersonal and institutional belonging, dignity and justice;
• Proven ability to act as a coach and advisor and successfully communicate and mediate with both management and staff;
• Proven ability to manage confidential and/or sensitive information;
• Flexible, creative, problem-solving approach to work challenges;
• Organized, logical, detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
• 4+ years HR Generalist or Business Partner experience and/or HR certification;
• BSc/BA in Business administration, Human Resources, Management or relevant fields
