Job Description

  • Assess the performance of employees based on the indicators and designated models and provide micro and macro reports and give necessary feedback.
  • Business evaluation (grading), salary and wages, compensation for material and immaterial services, and welfare services.
  • Feasibility study for holding training courses, designing training courses, time planning, teaching methods, measuring effectiveness, receiving feedback
  • Recognize recruiting resources, resume rankings, indicators, and test methods, their assessment in interviews and written tests, interviewing and negotiation techniques, and control of perceived errors in selection.
  • Do official and informal mechanisms of motivation, and encouragement of staff to improve performance.
  • Do office affairs, HR information systems, and personnel.
  • Interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Work in an environment that demands strong deliverables and the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Attract and retain key talent, including tech and product employees, by implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR, or Business Management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Based in Tehran.
  • Leadership, teamwork, innovation, and development skills.
