Interface at all levels of the organization.
Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Requirements
Master's degree in HR, or Business Management.
Fluent in English.
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources management.
Based in Tehran.
