Job Description

● Answer phone calls and warmly welcome customers. ● Receive and send messages. ● Organize operations and administrative steps. ● Organize and plan meetings and appointments. ● Prepare draft letters, contracts, and finalization of approved drafts. ● Work with incoming and outgoing communication systems such as receiving telephone calls and receiving messages, transactions, etc.

Requirements

● Mastery of administrative affairs. ● Mastery of office software. ● Ability to do administrative correspondence. ● Reporting capability. ● Familiarity with banking. ● Familiarity with Persian and English typing. ● Familiarity with English. ● Strong public relations. ● A trusted person. ● Teamwork spirit. ● A regular and accurate person. ● A responsible person. ● Ideal age range: 25 to 40 years old.
