● Manage and supervise a team in the sales development department in all aspects including the tasks assignments, tasks prioritization, training and motivating the sales team and etc.
● Define sales and distribution targets for the country.
● Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
● Identify the new market potential as well as potential customers.
● Identify and seek new sales channels and propose new solutions to increase sales levels.
● Market visit and activity report in covered areas.
● Communicate with the distributors to increase their awareness about products to achieve sales targets.
● Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
● Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
● Provide regular monthly, weekly, and daily reports from contacts and customers for all the accounts.
● Liaise with other internal departments such as marketing.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree
● At least 5 years of positive experience.
● Good command of English is a plus.
● Sales and marketing skills.
● Self-motivated and highly capable of creating coordination in marketing.
● Teamwork and a positive attitude.
● Experience in sales negotiation and dealing with distributors.
● Having business sense: recognize appropriate opportunities and threats in the market and make opportune decisions in different situations.
● Strategic thinking.
● Able to travel frequently inside Iran.
