Job Description

● Maintain collaborative, trustful relationships with clients with a focus on achieving customer approvals and identifying emerging financial products and trends. ● Identify potential customers, establishment of sales funnel and negotiate and convert prospects to contracts. ● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. ● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. ● Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors ● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives ● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders ● Develop and maintain periodically sales campaigns to reach potential prospects. ● Organize a sales team working together to maximize profits by departments while maintaining integration. ● Monitor, maintain and develop accounts. ● Research and pursue new forms of advertisement and creative outlets to reach new customers by collaborating with the marketing team. ● Take part in events (online-offline) describing company offerings and providing adequate information for inbound marketing. ● Establish and maintain an impeccable reputation and strong business relationship with lenders based on a high level of professional integrity.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Finance, or an MBA graduate. ● More than three years of experience in Iran’s Capital Market as a financial advisor, account manager, or similar role. ● Additional related short courses are beneficial. ● Proven sales, negotiation, leadership, time management, and direct marketing skills. ● Enthusiasm for your sector and genuine interest in what you are selling ● Flexibility and adaptability. ● Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. ● Ability to translate complicated technical information into an easily understood format. ● Sound planning and organizational skills. ● Confident and persuasive. ● Presentation skills. ● Self-motivated. ● Assertiveness. ● Objection handling and problem-solving. ● Highly organized and detail-oriented.
