Job Purpose
To lead, monitor, and optimize sales operations by ensuring target achievement, team effectiveness, process compliance, and a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Management
Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
Develop team capabilities through training and continuous feedback.
2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
Monitor sales performance against assigned targets and KPIs.
Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Drive revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
3. Sales Operations Management
Ensure proper execution of sales processes, policies, and procedures.
Maintain high service standards and customer experience across all sales channels.
Resolve operational challenges and support daily sales activities.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance analyses.
Monitor CRM data accuracy and sales pipeline activities.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis.
5. Key Customer Management
Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers.
Handle escalated customer issues and participate in critical negotiations when required.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Supply Chain/Commercial teams regarding inventory and demand planning.
Collaborate with Finance on customer credit control and collections.
Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
7. Process Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Support the implementation of sales best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
