Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing in new accounts, expanding the customer base, increasing sales, and improving the productivity of the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
•Identify, approach, and bring new accounts to the business.
•Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert them into active accounts.
•Lead and support the Account Management team to achieve sales and growth targets.
•Increase revenue through new account acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
•Set clear KPIs, track performance, and improve team productivity.
•Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
•Work with internal teams to remove blockers and support sales growth.
•Coach team members and support them in closing deals and managing clients.

Requirements
•3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
•2 to 3 years of experience leading a sales or account management team.
•Experience in pipeline management, CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting.
•Strong track record in bringing new accounts and achieving sales targets.
•Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to coach teams, improve productivity, and deliver commercial results.
