• Plan, organize, lead and control all sales and marketing activities
• Develop market share
• Lead and develop a highly motivated and well performing sales team
• Manage daily sales operation
• Targeting and ability to design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets
• Develop an accurate seasonal and fiscal year sales forecast
• Compile and analyze sales figures
• Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance
• Meet consumer finance and sales tasks
• Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
Requirements
• Preferably MBA or DBA degree or related fields
• At least 10 years ’experience on sales and marketing management
• Experienced in FMCG industry is in priority
• Strategic and systematic thinking ability and excellent communication skills
• Full Command on Sales Development
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customer
• Ability to guide and lead - Motivated and Initiative
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
