Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with an engineering background, preferably in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, and a proven track record in B2B sales within international markets, particularly across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.
Experience and familiarity with industries such as Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, Power Distribution, and Petrochemicals will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management (Sales and Technical)
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and develop assigned customer accounts by providing both commercial and technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing existing customer relationships and ongoing projects.
• Providing technical and commercial support for customer requirements.
• Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities within existing accounts.
• Developing strong long-term customer relationships through effective account management.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers and acting as their primary point of contact.
Business Development
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Responsibilities include:
• Identifying, approaching, and qualifying new leads and prospects.
• Converting prospects into long-term customers and strategic accounts.
• Developing new business opportunities and project pipelines.
• Expanding the company’s presence in target industries and territories.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
This role requires a combination of sales, technical understanding, and business development capabilities.
Requirements
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently participate in online and face-to-face customer meetings.
• Engineering background is mandatory. Experience or knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or Industrial Systems is highly preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, international, and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Water, Energy, Automation, Power Distribution, Cybersecurity, or Petrochemicals is preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary: IRR 10,000,000,000 – IRR 12,000,000,000 per year
The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and overall evaluation during the recruitment process.
