Requirements
- At least BS degree in commercial management or related majors (MBA is preferable)
- At least 10 years of experience in automotive industry with traceable useful efficacy, and 5 years as sales Manager
- Familiar with Automotive Industry OEM and AM
- Leadership, teamwork and people motivation capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Sales, Marketing and negotiation skills
- Market analyzing and solution providing
- Ability to keep agents and personnel
- Fluent in English language
- High Communication ability
- The ability in administrative and commercial communications within and outside the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Team Work Skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Familiar with ISO TS and Car Manufacturer Requirements
