Nano Daru Pharmaceutical Company, in line with its commercial expansion in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a strategic, result‑oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the company’s sales operations.
This key leadership position is responsible for designing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence and product market share, managing and empowering the sales teams, maintaining productive relationships with distribution networks and key customers, and continuously monitoring and analyzing sales performance to achieve business objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s competitive position in the pharmaceutical market by driving performance improvement across sales channels, developing new market opportunities, and fostering synergy with marketing, production, and planning departments.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales teams, supervisors, and medical representatives
• Plan and forecast sales, ensuring achievement of defined targets
• Analyze market trends, assess competitive activities, and identify growth opportunities
• Design and execute initiatives to boost sales and increase product market share
• Prepare analytical sales reports and propose improvement recommendations to senior management
• Work closely with production, supply chain, and planning departments to ensure organizational synergy
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial sales role
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market structure
• Proven skills in sales team management, strategic planning, and market development
• Excellent negotiation, data analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strategic thinking with the ability to make effective decisions in competitive environments
• Result‑oriented mindset, outstanding communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
