Invitation to a leading company in importing and distributing specialized specialized products (filler, meso, lifting yarns, etc.)
We are looking for a professional, well -versed and masterful sales manager in the management of sales teams that can expand the company's market share in the field of cosmetic medical equipment with strong leadership and targeted sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Management and Management of Sales Team (10+ People) - Sales Planning, Training and Motivation of Forces
  • Design and implementation of B2B sales strategies (goal: doctors, cosmetic clinics, laser centers)
  • Continuous control and monitoring of sales team performance (Analysis of Monthly Reports, Methods Modification)
  • Effective presence in meetings with VIP customers and cosmetic professionals (adorned appearance and professional communication is required)
  • Participate in specialized exhibitions and networking with reputable international brands


Conditions:

  • At least 7 years of sales team management experience (preferably in medical, beauty or cosmetics products)
  • Experience proven to guide 10+ teams and achieve multi -billion sales goals
  • Arashteh, a strong expression fan and high skill in business negotiations
  • Mastery of CRM software and sales data analysis
  • Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Business Management, MBA or Related Disciplines (Positive Score)
