As a key figure in the sales and customer service category, this role requires strategic planning and leadership to drive company sales objectives and foster robust customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to maximize sales performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer needs to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and ensure their achievement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- Ensure the sales team complies with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.
