An Active Restaurant & Cafe seeks a dynamic Sales Manager in Tehran to join our team in the food and beverage industry. The role involves leading sales efforts, driving initiatives to increase revenue, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrates an ability to solve problems and work effectively with data.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. - Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends and data to identify new sales opportunities. - Coordinate with marketing to design effective campaigns for customer acquisition. - Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients. - Prepare and present sales reports to top management for decision-making.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role in the food, drink, or tobacco industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of successfully leading teams. - Demonstrated experience with critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis. - Proficient in Google Sheets and able to work efficiently with numerical data. - Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in managing high-level negotiations. - Ethical in business dealings with a commitment to uphold company values. - Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Sociology or a related field.
