● Recruit, hire and train the sales team.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
● At least 5 years of related experience.
● Strong oral and written communication skills.
● Motivated and initiative.
● Excellent leadership skills.
● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
● Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
● High ability to negotiate with key accounts.
● Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
