Job description: Development and implementation of sales strategy in order to increase the market share and realize the sales goals of the company Management and development of the sales team with a focus on developing the skills and productivity of the team Market development and communication with doctors and beauty clinics and establishing effective long-term relationships with them Collaborating with the marketing team in designing campaigns and promotions, as well as implementing joint sales campaigns to introduce products Analyzing sales performance and providing management reports for decision-making and continuous improvement of the sales process Management of orders, discounts, collection of claims and product inventory control Recruitment, training and evaluation of the sales team
Qualifying conditions: Age: 35-45 Gender: Female/Male Education: At least master's degree in one of the fields of management, marketing, commerce, chemistry, pharmacy or related fields At least 3 to 5 years of management or sales supervision experience in the field of aesthetics and beauty/cosmetics Full familiarity with the market of doctors and skin and beauty clinics
Skills: Mastering the principles of B2B and B2D sales (doctors and clinics) History of direct communication with doctors Ability to lead sales team and design KPI High skill in negotiation, persuasion, professional communication and networking Mastery of CRM and Excel software Ability to travel Has excellent public relations, neat appearance (in a managerial position) and professional behavior Having a spirit of leadership, motivation and teamwork High responsibility and follow-up in achieving sales goals
