Gepido is a comprehensive enterprise collaboration platform that provides organizations with a set of messaging tools, video conferencing, enterprise social network, teamwork tools (Doc, Sheet, Drive), artificial intelligence assistant, project management, process and knowledge (BPMS) in a native and integrated solution.

Our product is being marketed to large organizations and institutions, and we are now looking for a professional manager to lead and develop Gepido's sales team and play a key role in market and revenue growth.


Role Mission:
Gepido's sales manager is responsible for designing and implementing the organizational sales strategy, leading the sales team, developing the market and communicating effectively with key customers.
He must be able to employ the right combination of management, leadership, market analysis and B2B sales skills to ensure product revenue growth.


Responsibilities:
Development of sales strategy and monthly/quarterly operational plan
Management, training and motivation of the sales team (experts and sales engineers)
Market analysis and identification of potential customers in target industries
Planning and attending sales meetings with key organizations
Follow-up of large contracts from the stage of introduction to the conclusion of the contract
Work closely with product and technical team to optimize offerings
Monitoring sales performance and providing analytical reports to management
Designing commission models, sales goals and advertising campaigns
Development of communication network with organizational decision makers

Required skills and attributes:
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales (B2B), preferably in the field of software or technology
Mastering complex and long sales processes (Enterprise Sales Cycle)
Ability to lead the team, set goals and evaluate performance
High skill in negotiation, presentation and meeting management
Adequate knowledge of technical concepts and software solutions
Analytical mind and data-driven decision making ability
The spirit of growth, results orientation and high motivation for success

It is considered an advantage if:
You have sales experience in the field of SaaS, BPMS, ERP, or artificial intelligence products
You have a history of interaction with institutional clients (government and private).
You have experience in sales process design and CRM
You have a communication network in large industries or key institutions
