Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in the business-to-business market. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and expand market presence
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute B2B campaigns
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the B2B sales team
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and analyze sales data to prepare management reports
• Negotiate and finalize large-scale corporate contracts
• Optimize sales processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Leadership and accountability for the organization’s annual, quarterly, and monthly B2B sales targets
• Collaboration with the technical and product teams to address customer requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing corporate deals
• Strong understanding of organizational buying processes and B2B sales models
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Working proficiency in English
