- Objective of the role: Increase inquiries throughout leading, following up and coordinating potential projects and tenders in the field of oil, gas, and petrochemical Companies.
List of responsibilities:
- Communicating with the clients to acquire suitable inquiries and tenders
- Review and refer to the silent customers and turn them into potential sales opportunities.
- Attending sales meetings and providing effective presentation,
- Negotiate and finalize orders with clients
- Follow up clients to get technical and commercial approval
- Follow up ordering steps and MRS of delivered goods
- Issue sales documents as technical and commercial offer and also Proforma invoice
- Follow up financial settlements with clients
- Recognize potential tenders and issue and fill tenders documents and forms.
- Reporting to: Managing Director. Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 07:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Self-starter who has desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in engineering is a plus.
- Having engineering sales certificates is a plus.
- Previous sales engineering experience required : at least 4-6 years
- Full knowledge of ICDL, Internet skills,
- Providing needed reports on assigned tasks
- Ability to travel whenever it will be needed.
- Capability to organize several tasks under pressure, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented
- Military service accomplishment is a must
