Sales Engineer

Job Description

The Sales Engineer at Metal Cable is responsible for establishing and nurturing strong client relationships while providing technical solutions tailored to customer requirements. Based in Tehran, this position is aimed at a dynamic and skilled professional looking to grow within our Sales and Customer Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective communication with new and existing clients to identify their specific needs.
- Provide technical consultation and deliver optimal solutions for customer challenges.
- Negotiate contract terms and prepare compelling sales proposals for new opportunities.
- Deliver comprehensive post-sales support and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely contract execution.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven customer service skills with a track record of building strong professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and experience in contract management.
- Ability to lead technical negotiations with clients effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- In-depth familiarity with industry design standards, including:
IEC 60502-1
IEC 60502-2
EN 50288-7
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical procurement documentation (MR / Specifications) to draft and issue technical datasheets.
