● Assist in all the R&D activities assigned by the R&D manager.
● Work with related lab instruments, reporting and analyzing the results.
● Communicate with other departments (such as marketing) about the new products.
● Document all the ingredients, experiments, and process specifications in technical format, with accuracy and comprehensive detail.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science or relevant fields.
● Ideal age range: 25 to 37 years old.
● At least 2 years of experience in related fields (Chocolate, bakery, and confectionery products).
● Fluent in English.
● Good knowledge of bakery and chocolate: Formula, evaluation, and market.
● Solid background in R&D.
