The Rahmani Group invites specialists as "Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager" to cooperate:
Duties:
Providing reports to the factory management.
Responsible for ensuring food safety and quality compliance of the products offered to the market based on the internal requirements of the organization, and national and customer requirements.
Developing food safety and quality goals and strategies in line with the factory's goals and the plan to achieve them.
Ensuring compliance of operational methods and factory instructions with the principles of food safety and quality.
Communicating effectively with factory suppliers and periodically evaluating and providing relevant feedback to suppliers in line with continuous improvement.
Investigating the effectiveness of production processes regarding the production of products based on the quality plan and implementing corrective measures to remove obstacles.
Organizing internal and external audits and implementing improvement opportunities in order to reduce possible non-conformities.
Doing other assigned tasks.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in the Food Industry.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the field of food and FMCG industries.
Minimum age: 35 years old.
Gender preference: Male.
High proficiency in English.
Fluent in MS Office and other software related to the job.
Negotiation skills to manage assigned tasks.
Creative skills to manage challenges and assigned tasks.
High ability in communication skills to communicate with external authorities and other units of the factory.
Management skills to manage the food safety and quality process.
Critical thinking skills for effective management of actions.
Problem-solving skills to effectively manage internal and external issues of food safety and quality unit.
