Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management (Business, Marketing, and Commerce).
• Experience in the automotive industry is a priority.
• Systemic thinking and strategy thinking.
• Sufficient understanding of marketing and branding.
• Fluent in telephone techniques and negotiations.
• Capable and interested in teamwork.

Duties:

• Target annual sales and obtain approval from the board of directors.
• Set the annual sales of delegates and hold a meeting to communicate with them.
• Contract with agents to sell products.
• Apply marketing techniques.
• Guide the sales team to identify and attract new customers.
• Guide the sales team to maintain and strengthen cooperation with current customers.
• Manage and update the sales team.
• Create new operating systems to sell.
• Launch pricing strategies.
• Plan and develop sales strategies for B2B and B2C areas.
• Report from the sales process to the CEO.

• Hold continuous sales sessions.
