● Communicate with the Director of Sales to ensure customer commitments and opportunities. ● Research and analyze data and insights include sales branch & customer & consumer needs in region. ● Engage channel partners for quarterly/annual business planning and execution. ● Lead and facilitate the integrated planning to ensure appropriate regional sales objectives and activities. ● Collaborate with the Product/Channel Marketing and Product Management to effectively. ● promote products to re-sellers and customers, ensuring product/brand positioning, features and pricing are appropriately addressing market needs. ● Ensures that assigned project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets ● Manage and track budget related to regional sales management. ● Supervise, Develop & coach subordinate.
Requirements: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. ● At least 5 years of related experience. ● Strong oral and written communication skills. ● Motivated and initiative. ● Excellent leadership skills. ● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills. ● Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ● High ability to negotiate with key accounts. ● Experience in B2C sales is an advantage
