Analysis and drawing of project needs and expectations
· Agreeing and confirming the results and achievements of the project
· Agreement and confirmation of estimates, costs and resources and funds needed
· Confirmation of Work failure structure (WBS)
· Confirming the schedule
· Determine the project team
· Confirmation and negotiation with contractors and suppliers of materials and services
· Supervision in the supply and allocation of funds and non -financial resources
· Check out project progress reports
· Check out project physical progress reports
· Monitoring project progress in accordance with defined budget
· Provide a strategy for improving project progress
· Determine the standards required by the project
· Monitoring matters in accordance with defined quality standards
· Correction of non -standard activities
· Identifying existing risks
· Control of existing risks
· Preparing a managerial report
