Head of Business:
Business affairs:
• Setting up and following up the contracts of contractors, suppliers and other business partners.
• Management of internal and external purchasing process, including:
o Preparation of order registration documents.
o Oversee the customs clearance process and ensure compliance with regulations.
o Coordination with transport companies and suppliers for timely delivery of equipment.
• Negotiating and coordinating the terms of contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Managing the supply of resources and equipment needed for projects.
Monitoring the implementation of projects:
• Monitoring the progress of projects based on the schedule, budget and set standards.
• Coordinate with executive teams and contractors to resolve obstacles and problems.
Obtaining legal permits:
• Managing relations with government institutions and following up on necessary permits for projects.
• Ensuring timely completion of all legal permits and related processes.
Financial control and budget:
• Monitoring costs and resource allocation in order to control the budget and prevent cost increases.
• Providing financial and commercial analysis to improve the economic performance of projects.
Preparation of documents and reports:
• Preparation and maintenance of documents related to contracts, projects and suppliers.
• Provide accurate and regular reports to the CEO about the progress of projects, costs and purchasing processes

Skills:
o Mastery of order registration processes and customs laws.
o Familiarity with project management standards and related software (Primavera, MS Project).
Familiarity with domestic and international laws and regulations related to the purchase and import of goods.
o Skill in analyzing financial data and preparing management reports.
Qualifying conditions:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or related fields.
• Experience: At least 7 years of related work experience in the field of commerce, order registration and goods clearance, and supervision of industrial projects.
