Job Description
We are seeking a "Senior IT Project & Transformation Specialist" to lead and support IT infrastructure and service management (ITSM) projects. This position suits someone who combines strong project management experience with a solid technical foundation in IT infrastructure and an understanding of ITIL processes. The role involves managing change and incident processes, monitoring ticketing systems, and driving continuous service improvement across IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and ITSM projects in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management) and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Monitor and analyze data from ticketing systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate performance reports and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Support IT leadership in project tracking, risk management, and transformation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within infrastructure or ITSM environments.
• Strong technical base: understanding of networks, servers, storage, IP addressing, and system monitoring.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar project tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in vendor management or multi-site project coordination.
• Exposure to international or cross-functional IT environments.
