Creating a strategy for more sales in critical situations and unwanted and unexpected changes.
Analyzing the sales of the past years predicting the sales trend of the next year and preparing the future Business Plan.
Providing practical and appropriate solutions to solve sales problems in pharmacies, cities, and distributions.
Sharing sales information with team members.
Reviewing and updating sales goals and plans on a regular basis.
Coordinating and collaborating with the marketing team for better budget control.
Determining specific goals and plans for each person and each region at the beginning of the year.
Collecting customer information having a valid and reliable database and updating this potential every three months.
Visiting KOL on a monthly basis with the aim of maintaining effective communication with key customers.
Planning resources and activities based on customer needs (congress, one-day seminars, purchasing equipment for hospitals, travel planning to participate in scientific congresses, etc.).
Requirements
Work experience (cardiovascular line) in pharmaceutical companies.
Education in Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Paramedicine, or other related fields.
UI level of English.
An end-of-service card or permanent exemption (for men).
