Job Description

• Lead medical team activities related to the whole franchise.
• Final review and approval of all promotional material, PR and MCM, slide sets, training materials, advisory board contents, and scientific events contents.
• Lead KOL interaction, advocacy development, and territory mapping of MSLs.Provide strategic guidance for developing an annual medical tactical plan.
• Ensure all medical activities are planned, executed, and run in compliance with Varian Pharmed SOP.
• Ensure the pharmacovigilance process is implemented and followed.
• Manage resources as appropriate to address business needs.
• Lead regular team meetings.
• Update, and track progress against priority.
