Job Description


● Communicate product benefits to all relevant customers to achieve predetermined sales and profit margins.
● Create and execute product tactical plans within specified time frames.
● Liaise with relevant staff in medical (KOLs), regulatory affairs, sales, and other functions to ensure cross-functional communication and meet marketing goals.
● Monitor briefs to advertising agencies as and when required to select the most effective campaign via market research to ensure that the concept and message are delivered.
● Contribute to sales achievement, profit contribution, and market penetration for products.
● Allocate resources optimally to the specified brand and ensure that resource allocation is in harmony with identified key success factors.
● Sale’s forecast design and development.
● Designing and developing pricing strategies.
● Scientific content providing.
● Competitor detection and analysis.
● Key message development.
● Communicate with designers for brand designing.
● Brand managing (for example defining brand slogan, presence in social media, etc.).

Requirements


● MD, Pharm-D, DVM, or Master's degree in related Medical Science with a specialization in marketing is a plus.
● At least 3 years of experience as a product manager with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry, marketing is a plus.
● In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its distribution.
● Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional team members to achieve strategic goals.
● Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and high presentation skill.
● Effective strategic planning abilities, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Fluency in spoken and written English.
