Job Description

The mission of a customer agent specialist at Zarrin Roya would be performing all matters related to the sales representative (agency) to improve the sale of products to actual customers, the main tasks can be listed below:

  • Announcing the daily inventory of the factory to the sales representatives for purchase order registration.
  • Following up on the timely shipment of sales representatives' inventory on a daily basis.
  • Following up the registration of sales representatives' orders based on the factory’s target inventory with the accurate weight volume.
  • Following up on the timely deposit of sales representatives on a daily basis.
  • Supplying the seven-day inventory of sales representatives’ warehouses.
  • Checking the bills of the sales representatives.
  • Following up on the shipment of the timely order of sales representatives by the logistics unit.
  • Sending sales circulars to the sales representatives.
  • Daily sales reports and the amount of money deposited to the sales representatives’ accounts.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, management, and sales forecasting methods.
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
