Job Description

● Respond to customers, tracking and archiving internal and external administrative correspondence. ● Supervise all the affairs of the company's office, preparing the required items, supervising the service personnel and hygiene of the office environment, answering and coordinating clients, and setting the time of the meeting room and ceremonies. ● Control the relationships of colleagues, creating effective communication between different departments of the organization as a reference for the implementation of administrative affairs. ● Supervise human resources affairs, controlling vacations and helping to review personnel behaviors and monthly performance evaluation. ● Prepare employment advertisements based on the announcement of the needs of the organization's units and preliminary assessment of applicants based on the description of the qualifications listed in the form, arranging employment interviews. ● Contact with the production factory and follow up on the factory's administrative and human resources affairs. ● Prepare reports related to different departments of the organization with the coordination of relevant supervisors and managers and present them to the CEO. ● Prepare, sign and send non-binding letters for the organization with his own authority, as well as answering and sending binding letters within his authority according to the order issued by the CEO, as well as signing documents by the CEO. ● Arrange appointments for the CEO inside and outside the organization with the priorities announced by the CEO. ● Attend internal and external organizational meetings on behalf of the CEO and of course with his coordination and presenting reports to the CEO.

Requirements

● Ability to plan and act quickly at work. ● Ability to monitor and follow up on the issues desired by the CEO. ● Strong public relations and competent expression. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Proficient in the principles of letter writing and government correspondence.
