  • Collecting daily reports and informing the superior manager.
  • Responding to in-person clients.
  • Managing phone calls.
  • Planning meetings and conferences.
  • Carrying out administrative correspondence including letters, and emails and obtaining necessary approvals from the superior manager.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business.
  • Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
  • Five to seven years of work experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to carry out administrative correspondence.
  • Proficient in English and Farsi typing.
  • Reporting ability.
  • Stress and time management.
