SheedSun currently has an opportunity for an office manager.

Roles:

  • Answering phones, emails, and messages.
  • Drafting issued letters according to the instructions of the manager.
  • Archiving letters.
  • Planning and coordinating internal meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports required by management.
  • Monitoring the company's social media.
  • Carrying out tasks assigned by the manager until the result is achieved.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Fluent in Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Multitasking ability. 
  • Experience in organizing official and administrative correspondence and documentation.
  • High public relations.
