Job Description

  • Prepare and regulate contracting, consulting, and procurement contracts.
  • Handle and review status reports.
  • Check all claims of contractors.
  • Prepare and supervise the list of qualified contractors.


  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with the general conditions of the agreement.
  • Getting to know the meter and estimation of construction items.
  • Familiarity with Tadbir software.
  • Familiarity with insurance and tax laws of contracting and procurement contracts.
  • Getting to know how to formulate the private terms of the agreement.
  • Getting to know how to prepare the attachments of each contract, including the main documents and documents, maps, HSE regulations, project charter, etc.
  • Ability to negotiate and hold meetings.
