Medical Representative

Our company is looking for a professional, motivated, and committed Medical Representative to cover and develop the sales of medical products in designated territories. Responsibilities:

Plan territory to optimize time and ensure complete coverage of doctors and pharmacies.

Regularly visit doctors and pharmacies to check product availability and provide guidance.

Manage product promotions and marketing activities.

Maintain high knowledge of products to explain information accurately and answer questions from doctors and pharmacists.

Maximize sales and strive to achieve the set targets in the assigned area.

Resolve any issues or challenges with doctors and pharmacies.

Monitor market demand and report findings to the company.

Conduct inspections to ensure product availability in the assigned territory.

Attend daily and/or weekly meetings and sales training programs.

Prepare detailed and regular reports of daily activities.

Interact with opinion leaders and collect market feedback.

Identify business opportunities within the assigned area.

Actively collaborate to achieve marketing plans and enhance sales skills.

Achieve targeted coverage of doctors and pharmacies in the assigned area.

Report regularly to the district sales manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Sciences or Medical Management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Outgoing, persuasive, and professional attitude.

Sales and customer relationship skills.

Confidence, patience, and self-motivation.

Analytical and planning skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changes.
