● Manage the distribution of company brands.
● Monitor effectiveness of team’s performance.
● Implement promotion programs in order to achieve sales performance.
● Manage and control the execution of company assets.
● Manage key area trade customers in order to build loyalty.
● University degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, Commerce.
● At least 2 years of experience in an FMCG company
● Experience in people management.
● Team leadership skills are a must.
