Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medical Representative to promote and support our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing accurate scientific information, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Introduce, promote, and provide expert explanations about the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct regular visits to designated healthcare centers to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information about products, clearly explaining benefits, indications, and proper usage.
Collect market information and report competitor activities, customer feedback, and potential opportunities to the management team.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns, events, and new product launches.
Participate in medical congresses, seminars, and training courses.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with ethical standards and industry regulations.
Respond to product-related inquiries and assist in resolving customer concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
Organize and conduct scientific conferences and meetings for physicians and other healthcare staff.
Plan work schedules and weekly/monthly timelines to achieve sales targets.
Provide suggestions to improve products, services, and company policies based on market analysis and competitive developments.
Address issues with physicians and pharmacies within the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences. Candidates with unrelated degrees must demonstrate strong knowledge in medical and pharmaceutical fields.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as diabetes is considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data.
Proficiency in English and the local language (both written and spoken).
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned geographic area.
