Job Description

● Identify and develop new initiatives to improve the range and quality of the products provided by the company and to ensure responsiveness to changes in the external environment. ● Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the company. ● Analyze trends in the business environment, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities. ● Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives. ● Evaluate the costs and benefits of all new ideas and initiatives to ensure that resources are appropriately directed and to keep the company ahead of its competitors. ● Direct and control the staff of the directorate to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and are working towards the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives. ● Advise the company, as part of the corporate management team, on the development of new initiatives and the promotion and marketing of products to ensure the achievement of the company’s business plan and corporate objectives. ● Control and monitor the directorate’s finances to ensure effective budgeting and cost control. ● Develop and implement a market research policy including market size, market share key players of core products from competitors, and price comparison that will enable the company to identify sales opportunities and carry out research, analyze results and produce reports identifying relevant market trends and recommending appropriate policies and actions to be implemented by the company. ● Analyze the results of marketing campaigns and make whatever changes may be required to improve sales performance. ● Develop and control the company budget for marketing promotions. ● Implement and develop digital marketing.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 8 years of experience in marketing. ● Extensive management experience. ● An established track record in the field of marketing. ● Detailed knowledge of the company and its products. ● Experience in the industry is a plus. ● Interpersonal skills. ● Strong analytical skills.
