Job Description
A reputable Chiness Company in the Mobile phone industry, (OPPO) which plans to establish a Joint Venture with Pars Samtel in Iran, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager with below qualification:
1. Business Management
Responsible for overall business operations and management in the assigned city, formulating and implementing the city’s development plan;
Develop and execute annual/quarterly/monthly local market goals in line with the company’s strategy;
Analyze city operation data to optimize business processes and improve efficiency and profitability;
Coordinate with headquarters to implement new projects, products, and policies in the city.
2. Market Expansion and Channel Management
Responsible for market development and maintenance within the city, establishing and fostering partnerships;
Organize and drive local marketing initiatives, promotions, and event planning;
Conduct market research on local trends and competitors, formulating differentiated strategies.
3. Team Management
Responsible for team building, training, motivation, and performance evaluation in the city;
Establish effective communication and collaboration mechanisms within the team;
Strengthen team execution and cohesion, maintaining a positive corporate culture.
4. Customer and Service Management
Maintain relationships with key clients, conduct regular visits, and gather feedback;
Improve customer satisfaction and service quality, resolving complaints and unexpected issues promptly.
5. Cost and Risk Control
Monitor city operation costs and optimize resource allocation;
Identify and prevent business risks to ensure safe and compliant operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Management, or related fields; experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred;
Over 3 years of experience in team management or city operations, with a proven track record of independently managing regional performance;
Strong market insight, leadership, and execution capabilities;
Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate between headquarters and local teams;
Prior experience in Internet, FMCG, or chain retail industries is a plus.
