*Job Description and Duties
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the company's postal and logistics services • Analyze the market, competitors and customer behavior (B2B and B2C) in the field of shipping, e-commerce and logistics • Plan and manage online and offline advertising campaigns (digital, environmental, media)
• Management and development of the company's digital channels (website, application, social networks, corporate customer panels)
• Close cooperation with the sales department to attract corporate customers, contract sales and market development
• Designing value propositions for postal services (express delivery, bulk delivery, online store logistics, etc.)
• Oversee the production and execution of brand-appropriate marketing content and copywriting
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize messages, campaigns, and landing pages
• Analyze data and performance indicators (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, market share, customer retention rate)
• Monitor customer experience and continuously improve touchpoints (Customer Journey)
• Maintain and enhance brand image and integrity of communication messages
• Collaborate in organizing events, exhibitions and joint campaigns with business partners
• Prepare and present periodic analytical reports to senior management
• Design and manage customer journey maps and improve critical touchpoints (order placement, tracking, complaints)
• Analyze individual and cluster customer data, identify patterns and predict future needs
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in the field of marketing
• At least 3 years of management experience
• At least a Master's degree in management, marketing or business
• Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
• Proficiency in digital marketing and content marketing platforms
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain or postal services concepts (an advantage)
• Mastery of copywriting and development of sales and brand messages
• Ability to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with English
