Develop Marketing Plan & Market Share Roadmap
- Lead and participate in development of marketing plans and goals.
- Supervise the design of market share growth roadmap based on product portfolio and market capacity.
- Make high-level decisions regarding resource allocation and project/campaign prioritization.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Oversee market data gathering and analysis.
- Monitor competitor movements, pricing and market share.
- Lead market data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to the sales team.
Positioning & Scientific/Promotional Messaging
- Supervise and contribute to value proposition and STP positioning.
- Review/approve promotional and scientific content to ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone.
Multi-Channel Campaign Planning & Execution
- Oversee and participate in ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
- Supervise agency selection, contracting, and negotiation.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement rapid optimizations.
Team Leadership
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on team performance.
- Foster team motivation and resolve conflicts/challenges.
- Reporting, Trend Analysis & Pricing Optimization
- Oversee setting and monitoring key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CLV, ROMI, etc.) and periodic reporting.
- Identify and implement new marketing technologies/trends.
- Optimize pricing and channel mix based on ROI.
Skills:
- Experience as Marketing Manager, preferably in pharma industry.
- Strong marketing strategy development & campaign budget management skills.
- Mastery in market research, data & competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels.
- Leadership and team development for cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, ROMI, etc.).
- Full awareness of pharmaceutical advertising regulations and compliance.
- Decision-making, negotiation and large/multi-channel project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English
