Job Description

● Manage the marketing team to achieve marketing goals and KPIs. ● Trend analysis for new and existing candidate sections of all products and services. ● Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions through budgetary ideas. ● Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. ● Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics. ● Develop and evaluate financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction. ● Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. ● Organize trade shows, events, client forums, webinars, advertising, and/or email campaigns to drive awareness and new business. ● Approve and monitor the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media, and other marketing-related projects for MabnaTelecom and other products.

Requirements

● More than 5 years of working experience as a marketing manager. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Strategy. ● Professional knowledge of marketing platforms including Google AdWords and Google Analytics. ● In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and concepts is compulsory. ● Hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns both online and offline. ● Professional trend analysis skills. ● Familiar with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in every related aspect. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Proven marketing experience for a B2C audience and ability to deliver strong, and measurable results. ● Fluent in English.
